The Technical Account Manager (TAM) provides support delivery management of Premier issues and services designed to improve customer IT operational health in assigned account(s)
The TAM:
  • Is the trusted advisor to the account’s Customer Support Manager (CSM) and the Microsoft owner of the customers IT operational health
  • Manages support delivery on reactive incidents provided by Microsoft CSS
  • Knowledgeable on a wide range of Microsoft technology with industry recognized IT Operations certification
  • Maintains Support Delivery Plans that capture current situation and analysis for IT Health improvement – also used by sales opportunities and renewal
  • Manages the delivery and follow-up of proactive support designed to reduce reactive support cases and costs

Qualifications
  • 10+ years related experience.
  • BA/BS or MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business (MBA).
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Building Customer/Partner Relationships, Confidence, Cross-Boundary Collaboration, Impact and Influence, Interpersonal Awareness, Project Management, Strategic Insight, Product & Technology Expertise, Value Selling.

JOB SUMMARY:   
To act as technical representative for Arik on Base Maintenance inputs and AOG situations as necessary, to ensure the company Interest are best served. Secondary role will be to train and mentor Arik’s Engineers in the by identifying suitable candidates and developing a program to carry this out.
LOCATION: Lagos – Nigeria

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure that the operated aircraft are maintained to the highest quality and
Safety standards and kept within the contractual/commercial agreements during Base Maintenance, ensuring on-time, on budget Delivery
Assist/Oversight of in the planning and contractual negotiation as required
Co-ordinate with Procurement team to ensure aircraft delivery on time and within budget
Maintain international aircraft appearance standards for our fleet coming out of maintenance.
Develop direct third-party provider relations
Co-ordinate closely with Operations and Technical on base and off wing activities through regular and routine meeting and minutes
Ancillary support to Programme Management.
Capture of data for financial and engineering control
Develop a Training programme to provide in  house skill growth leading to Arik Engineers becoming Technical Representatives, including co-ordinating and mentoring of this program

REQUIRED SKILL SET & QUALIFICATION:   
Must have 10 years minimum experience in base maintenance and major assembly shop visits in a similar Technical Operations role, including Regulatory requirements
Experienced on Airbus 330/340, Boeing 737 classic/ng, CRJ , Dash 8 and HB125-800 preferable with base operations
Knowledge of Technical support functions , maintenance program, maintenance planning systems
Good knowledge of budgets and financial reporting
Flexible and able to provide onsite support at multiple locations in support of the plan
Strong organizational and Leadership skills with Attention to details, Good communication skills, Persuasive and able to develop strong working relationships
