Our client a Pioneer Provider of Electronic Vending and Micro-payment Facilities, is currently strengthening its team and looking for young dynamic, focused, and result-oriented candidates to take up the following positions:


1. GENERAL MANAGER- (REF: 1-SP-2012) 
Job outline: Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. 
  • Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans. budgets. and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. 
  • Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff. 
  • Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations. and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. 

REQUIREMENTS 
B.Sc in applicable discipline 
7 - 10 years experience in similar position with successful track record of delivering and implementing operations project. 


2. ACCOUNTANT(REF: 2-SP-2012) 
The accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information. prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for financial statements, 
  • Budget preparation and management 
  • Monthly payroll and processing 
REQUIREMENTS
  • B.Sc in Accounting, 
  • ICAN Essential, MBA added advantage 
  • 7 -10 years experience in similar role 

3.  CASHIER- (REF: 3-SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for petty cash 
  • Bank reconciliation 
  • Credit control 
  • Banking activities 
REQUIREMENT
2-3 years experience


4. MARKETING STAFF· (REF: 4-SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and explore commercial business opportunities 
  • Managing and delivering detailed campaign plans 
REQUIREMENT
2- 3 years experience 


5.  TECHNICAL STAFF 
a.  SOFTWARE ENGINEER· (REF: 5-SP-2012) 

b.  HARDWARE ENGINEER· (REF: 6-SP-2012) 

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR 5a and 5b
  • Software/hard ware Engineers will conduct or participate in multidisciplinary research and collaborate with design, layout and/or hardware engineers in the design, development, and utilization of productivity enhancement layout tools and design rule checkers, electronic data processing systems software. 
  • Determines computer user needs, advises hardware designers on machine characteristics that affect software systems such as storage capacity, processing speed. and input/output requirements, designs and develops compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR 5a & 5b 
  • Formal Qualification in Information Technology Essential 
  • 3 - 5 years experience 

6. FRONT-DESK OFFICER· (REF: 7-SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be the first point of contact 
  • Responds to the needs of guests and visitors to the office 
  • Provide information either directly or over the phone or email 
  • Ensure consistent high standards of customer care are employed at all times 
REQUIREMENT
2 years experience 

7. ADMIN OFFICER - (REF: S-SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Ensures an effective running of the business 
  • Responsible for the management of the fleet and office utilities 
REQUIREMENT 
2 years experience 

8.  PA/SECRETARY TO MD- (REF: 9·SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders 
  • Provide support with a workload involving extensive diary management. organizing meeting, conferences 
  • Any other administrative duties 
REQUIREMENT
3 - 4 years experience 

9.  HEAD OF SECURITIES (REF: 10-SP-2012) 
  • Maintain a safe environment 
  • Respond s to breaches of security or inappropriate behavior 
  • Be vigilant in the care of company property and of vulnerable people 
REQUIREMENT
5 - 7 years experience 

10.  DRIVERS - (REF: 11-SP-2012) 
5 - 7 years experience with valid drivers license 

11.  PARKING AGENTS- (REF: 12-SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Responsible for web based revenue payment 
  • Maintain and update collection notes 
  • Build and maintain-relationships on all levels 
REQUIREMENT
  • 3-4 years experience. 
  • Must demonstrate previous fast-pace environment experience 

12.  ENFORCEMENT AGENTS· (REF: 13-SP-2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Must be disciplined 
  • Confident 
  • Persuasive 
REQUIREMENT
  • Above 5years of experience 
  • Should have police, military or security background 

13. PARKING SUPERVISORS· (REF: 14-SP·2012) 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments on behalf of the company 
  • Maintain and develop various collection tools and processes 
  • Liaise with all business units on outstanding issues and track resolutions 
REQUIREMENT 
  • 3-4 years experience 
  • Good interpersonal skill 
  • Planning and coordinating changes
