Job Summary

• The primary function and responsibility of the Business Development Support is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that target potential and existing customers in order to grow the company’s import supply business (PMS, AGO, DPK, ATK, Others).
• The position incumbent is also responsible for transaction processing, documentation support and some level of involvement in the execution and monitoring of daily trades.

• Formulates market research goals and objectives in accordance with the Company’s growth, profitability, and expansion objectives; and makes suitable recommendations to the Head, Business Development.
• Supports the company’s strategic planning and budgeting processes with comprehensive data (including but not limited to market share performance metrics, industry, sector, supplier, customer and competitor information) and other relevant business information and ideas for the portfolio of products.
• Provides predictive data through research of customer buying patterns, segment trends and product utilisation requirements and identifies opportunities to create and/or optimise value in the local and regional supply & trading market.
• Provides market segmentation analysis to assist in determining growth objectives for short- and long-term forecasting
• Conducts comprehensive market research and analysis to obtain deep understanding of market size, potential opportunities for Oando S &T
• Complies with approved decision-making and monitoring systems, processes, procedures and policies and ensures effective controls are adhered to in handling job duties
• Maintains excellent relationships with key regulatory officials (e.g. PPMC), and obtains all necessary information as may be required, to facilitate the successful conduct of trades

 Qualification

 established the GIS (Graduate Internship Scheme), which aims to provide the unemployed graduates youths with job apprenticeship opportunities that will expose them to skills and experiences relevant to the current labour market and enhance their employability.

GIS seeks to create opportunity for eligible graduate youths to be placed as interns in reputable public/private sector firms to enhance building the manpower requirement to drive the Nation’s Transformation Agenda and Vision 20:2020.

The Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS) will employ 50,000 youth across the country to ensure that their skills have been developed towards empowering them to be employable in the short/medium/long term. GIS will ensure that youths are attached as apprentices in reputable public/private firms for a period of one year where the skills of such individuals will be sharpened.

In view of the above, the Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS) is established as part of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE – P) and it will employ 50,000 youth across the country to ensure that their skills have been developed towards empowering them to be employable in the short/medium/long term. GIS will ensure that youths are attached as apprentices in reputable public/private firms for a period of one year where the skills of such individuals will be sharpened as well as boost their chances of becoming self employed. Vacancy exists for the following post in a well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Quarters in Lagos with very encouraging conditions of service. 

1. Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept.) 

Qualification:

- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience. 

- Must be very Good in Valuation 

- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence. 

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market. . 

Must be able to work with minimal supervision 

- ANIVS is an added advantage 

2. Estate Surveyor (Management Dept.)

Qualifications

- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience. 

- Must be very Good in Property Management 

- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence. 

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market. 

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision 

- ANIVS is an added advantage 

3. Pupil Estate Surveyor 

Qualification:

- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience. 

- Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence. 

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market. 

- Good marketing and communication skills. 

4. Confidential Secretary

- Applicants must be computer literate. 

- Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience 

- Candidates with a B.Sc or HND in Secretarial studies would be preferred 

5. Personal Asst. to Principal Partner 

Qualification:

- Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of B.Sc or HND in any discipline. 

- Computer Skill + 2 years experience 

- Be able to organise activities of the PP with minimal supervision
