RETAIL BRAND MANAGEMENT COMPANY VACANCIES

Our company is a retail brand manager, with franchise of notable world class brand names in the watch, jewerlies and accessories line.
We require the services of a young, vibrant, result oriented individual to fill the position of a Female Customer Service Executive in one of our Victoria Island Office. The candidate must be an energetic proactive goal-getter with good taste for Fashion and  and will be responsible for managing, identifying and consummating new business opportunities for our company.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
Handles Sales and Stock.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints and After-sales
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Manage administration
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
OND in any relevant field (Female)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Numeric, oral and written language applications
Product knowledge.
Interpersonal skills, listening skills and communication skills – verbal and written
Problem analysis and problem-solving
