We have the following vacancies:


1) Enterprise Channels Sales Account manager: Lagos
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1st Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience, must have been involved with recruiting channels for a high technology company
  • Prior experience in channel recitment of VAR’s, solution providers, video resellers, DMR’s and working in a two tier distribution environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate recent success in a similar position with an industry leader
  • Strong channel background with data networking and/or video conferencing
Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic procurement sourcing services for indirect materials and services requirements for telecommunications industries
  • Gathering, analysing, investigating and developing effective cost reduction projects;
  • Interact, evaluate and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Understanding customer’s requirement and work closely with suppliers
  • Will be looking with and supported by global procurement sourcing policy, propose, manage and implement sourcing projects, providing cost reductions without any detrimental impact to quality and response tome to customers

2) Senior Solution Sales Manager:  Lagos
Requirements
  • Minimum of first degree in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or any related course
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in pre-sales product marketing and management
  • Prior experience in channel recruitment of VAR’s solution providers, video resellers, DMR’s and working in a two tier distribution environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate recent success in a similar position with an industry leader
  • Strong channel background with data networking and/or video conferencing
Responsibilities
  • Develops specific marketing plans and activities for IP product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena
  • Develops business plans and product positioning placement within the competitive arena
  • Develops business plans and product positioning in the market place
  • Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs
  • Establishes pricing strategies
  • Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products
  • identifies, evaluates and recommends  marketing opportunities consistent with IP product(s) or product line(s)
  • Familiar with Nigerian IP market and industry, competitors and strategy
  • May perform other duties as assigned

3) Account Manager:  Lagos
Requirements:
  • Minimum of first Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Experience in selling enterprise LAN/WAN technology solutions, SAN infrastructure, or enterprises IT storage solutions in regional territories
  • Knowing IT network infrastructure of these verticals and procurement process & qualification terms; experience of system integrator, VARs, direct customers engagement
  • Experienced in Matrix organization to leverage resources to achieve sales target
Responsibilities
  • Drive the overall revenue objectives in the region/territory and achieve business goals (revenue, products, market-share, etc.)
  • Build & maintain high level customer & partner relationships
  • Explore new business opportunity; build up quality pipeline supporting short term/mid-term and long term business development
  • Provide monthly Geo Field Forecast
  • Identity opportunities for new business, Geo expansion into emerging markets and communicate resource needed to address these opportunities to upper management team

General requirement for all position
  • Experience in a Telecom Engineering Company, Telecoms Vendor or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or telecommunications Engineering or relevant Degree as applicable
  • Good Customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and has ability to work independently
  • Should be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Applicants should be open to learning new skills and technology
  • Self-motivated, flexible , enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written
  • Must be ready for international project to the other African countries
  • Successful applicants should be Goal-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills, and be a very good team player
  • The successful applicant should be good at information gathering and analysis
