1) Job Title: Client IT Architect-Nigeria
Job description
Employees in this role develop, through direct customer contact, an effective, ongoing business relationship with their major small and
medium business clients in one or more industry segments. They identify opportunities, provide solutions to their business needs and improve their business and financial performance. Employees in this role require knowledge of the availability and use of all available marketing resources.
Responsibilities include:
-Select and prioritize the high-growth and value revenue opportunities
-Participate in or lead cross functional sales and marketing teams
-Develop client e-business propositions that clearly identify financial and other business benefits
-Select the appropriate offerings that will meet client's business objectives
-Select territory distribution channels for solution delivery, with Territory Partner Management.
-Identify and utilize all marketing resources available to help meet territory objectives
-Accountable for total customer satisfaction, market share, IBM revenue and profit
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years experience in Manage Client Relationships
  • At least 5 years experience in Lead in Setting Technical Direction
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Business/Management
  • At least 8 years experience in Manage Client Relationships

2) Job Title: CEWA BPO Leader 
Job description
The job role is BPO manager for CEWA driving revenue achievement across STG software and services brands establishing a coverage model in the key hub countries and managing the team to achieve revenue and expensive objectives

It is a key leadership role in the overall CEWA management team given the significance of the business partner contribution in this MEG.
Required

3) Job Title: Telecommunication Business Operations Specialist
Job description
1.Consulting to other Business Units on Billing and Customer care applications
2.Ensure solutions at all times meet business current and further needs and conforms to IBM standards.
3.Management and Implementation of Billing and Customer care solutions
4.Ensuring that business critical Billing system and other related Billing applications are 99.99% available continuously.
5.Design, manage and maintain Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery Planning, Capacity planning and procedures for responsible systems/applications.
6.Ensure systems and data integrity at all times.
7.Work with functional staff to ensure quality and expectations for standards are met
8.Advise management on technological developments in Billing and any other relevant trends.
9.Implementation support for Billing and Customer Care Systems
10.Serve as a central point of contact for Billing and Customer Care applications in IT.
11.Ensure System and applications are compliant with IT policies and standards.
12.Ensure reporting are accurate and timely
13.Ensure that Billing and Customer care Systems are developed to Standards required for business effectiveness and agility.
14.Ensure all these Applications and Billing solutions are documented (processes, policies & procedures) and updated at all times.
15.Ensure all these Applications and billing solutions are alert, dynamic as regards Business requirements.
16.Optimal use and re-use of IT Investment/minimizing duplication
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years experience in SDLC and Application Support
  • At least 4 years experience in ITIL and Microsoft Office
  • At least 4 years experience in Reporting and Project Management
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
