The Role

The successful candidates report to the Area Sales Manager of the Area and will be responsible for the following:
  • Achievement of the given sales target for the period

  • Preparing and submitting daily, monthly and end-of-year reports as may be required by management.
  • Performing additional assignments as requested by the Area Sales Manager.
Qualifications
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum of B.Sc. degree (lower division) or HND (upper credit) in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years working experience in sales and marketing in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Evidence of having participated in the NYSC Scheme or Exemption
  • Good driving experience with a valid Driver's License
  • Must be articulate in English Language
  • Must be goal oriented and have excellent knowledge of customer service
  • Must have a strong analytical and business skills
  • Strong understanding of customer relations and market dynamics
  • Basic Knowledge of Computer usage will also be an advantage

  • Create an optimized rolling 24 month supply plan (in conjunction with materials and factory teams) that takes into account the demands and constraints of domestics and export forecasts, materials supply, stock targets and production efficiencies and capacities.
  • Supply scenarios planning 
  • Give monthly update of TM1 system (actual supply, opening stocks, CIRL’s supply planning, 13 week plans).
  •  Create an optimized rolling 13 weeks production plan (MPS) ( in conjunction with materials and factory teams) that takes into account the demands and constraints of domestics and export forecasts, materials supply, stock targets and production efficiencies and capacity. 
  • Set and quarterly review CIRL’s/DIRL’s in conjunction with customer services champion and demand manager. 
  • Confirm work orders or schedules, progress chase/pursue and ensure that stock is maintained at agreed levels required to buffer against demand variability. 
  • Monitor finished goods stocks level against current and future requirement taking action on any foreseen shortage and excesses.
  • Communicate with local purchasing and imported materials supply teams to expedite /de-expedite materials as indicated by the MPS.
  • Conduct regular production capacity assessments to ensure RCCP is always based on latest data.
  • Liaise closely with factory staff to ensure that any short term changes made ao accommodate actual production or materials constraints do not adversely affect the overall plan.
  • Monitor Production to plan performance and coordinate action for improvement with supply chain colleagues and factory management.

  • Review and prepare detailed specifications and contract documents for procurement of major electrical equipment as well as construction document packages.
  • Assist in the preparation of the technical portions of Procurement documents (RFQs, POs), and review equipment tenders and vendor documents
  • Assist in the coordination of project activities
  • Visits to project sites and other design offices for project related activities, including commissioning and startup support
Requirements:
  • BSc or B.Eng Degree
  • Candidates must have previously worked in an Oil & Gas Construction Environment.
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil and gas industry

3.)  Civil Engineer

Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
  • Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site
  • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
  • Supervise carpenters, iron benders and other construction crew to deliver projects.
  • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc or B.Eng Degree
  • COREN certified an advantage
  • Candidates must have previously worked in an Oil & Gas Construction Environment.
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil and gas industry
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD

4.) Docuument Controller

Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:
  • Interface coordination with all company disciplines and client Document Controllers for the distribution of all correspondence and deliverables,
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing document control Logs,
  • Maintain Project Filing System.
  • Maintain and distribute Queries and Outstanding Items Lists.
  • Update, maintain and distribute Action Items Lists promptly.
  • Prompt delivery of project documents to client
  • Archive documents in soft copies.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc or B.Eng Degree
  • Candidates must have previously worked in related environment.
  • Strong IT skills, must be proficient in Microsoft suites
  • Good understanding of scanning & document storage system
  • Apt skills for filing.
  • General knowledge of technical & non technical documents

5.) Bid Engineer

Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:
  • Management of bid submissions through its complete cycle.
  • Identify resources required for a bid, plan bid activities, identify deliverables and manage resources in an efficient manner to produce winning bids within deadlines.
  • Liaise with different layers internally and externally to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Manage the application/ renewal process for registration with industry regulating bodies.
  • Create and manage a bid documentation pool ensuring that all information and offerings are up to date.
  • Provide support and assistance to other bid team members as required.
  • Conduct pre-bid activities with the bid team including briefings, scope meetings, and presentations.
  • Act as the client contact point during the bid process which includes rising and responding to queries, presenting the bid and negotiating with the customer as required.

6.) QA / QC Eengineer

Prime responsibilities will involve:

Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of all quality control systems and management activities in project execution and management.

Requirements:
  • B.Sc or B.Eng
  • Candidate must have previously worked in an oil & gas construction environment.
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil and gas industry.
  • Familiar with ISO 9,000 and 14,000 series standards.
  • Trained ISO 9,001 Quality Auditor is an advantage.
  • Managerial experience will be an advantage.

7.) Construction Engineer

Prime responsibilities will involve:
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals and objectives of project activities from initiation through work scoping, engineering and design.
  • Tendering execution to commissioning in line with Obax goals, procedures and specifications.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc or B.Eng degree
  • Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment.
  • Familiar with project development challenges in Nigeria or in other regions with similar challenges.
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil & gas industry.
  • Familiar with PMI methods is an advantage.

8.) Lead Electrical Instrument

Prime responsibilities and duties:
  • Installation of EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems)
  • Specifying and installation of MCCs (motor control centers)
  • Design and installation of earthling system,
  • Managing junior electrical engineers.
  • Installation of power transformer
Requirements:
  • B.Sc or B.Eng degree
  • Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil & gas industry.
  • Strong IT skills useful in project planning and management, reporting and presentation.
  • Understanding of control system/Delta V & Allen Bradley.
  • Good understanding of electrical documentation, P& ID single drawings, etc.

9.) Field Superintendent

Summary of principle duties:
  • Responsible for the day to day construction activities of contractors/ workers on site with regards to scheduling manpower and expediting receipt of equipment and materials for utilization at various phases of work.
  • Will review drawings; provide site coordination on meeting specific time.
Requirements:
  • Significant field construction exposure that may be gained through practical construction experience and |or a degree in engineering with good field design experience.
  • Candidate must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience in oil & gas industry.

10.) Human Resources Personnel

Summary of principle duties:
  • To maintain human resource policies, ensuring compliance; and to contribute to the development of corporate HR policies.
  • Ensure provision of a professional human resource service to the organization.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Masters degree is an advantage.
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate and write effectively.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency.
  • Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations.

11.) Quarry Manager

Prime responsibilities and duties will involve:
  • Checking that the quarry's production levels are maintained safely to schedule;
  • Balancing sales and output;
  • Altering the quarry's production system in accordance with the materials required;
  • Liaising with sales and commercial teams;
  • Performance managing the production process and setting and monitoring targets
  • Providing  information and statistics on the quarry's performance;
  • Developing links with local groups and organizations;
  • Managing and regulating the quarry's budget;
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and dealing with a range of paperwork;
  • Ensuring that key government health and safety legislation (Quarries Regulations 1999 and Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Quarries) Regulations 2008) is implemented throughout the site;
  • Keeping up to date with relevant government legislation and industry developments;
  • Developing inspection systems and checklists
  • Closely monitoring all areas of the quarry to ensure that extraction and processing work is carried out to the highest standard;
  • Liaising with staff on site and dealing with any technical or staffing challenges that arise
  • Undertaking regular site inspections and risk assessments in order to comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Examining the materials produced to ensure that a high quality of product is maintained
  • Assessing equipment and production materials levels
  • Ordering new items as required
  • Checking that all vehicles on site are maintained to a good standard.
Requirement:
  • B.Sc/ Masters in Geology or Mining
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience.
  • Professional certification, an advantage

12.) Quantity Surveyor

Summary of duties:
  • Reports to Project Manager or Project Director and provide advice in the decision-making process throughout the management of a project from initial inception to completion.
  • Handles estimating and cost control, estimating and measurement of construction works prior to tender, producing the bill of quantities;
  • Produce tender documentation and manage the tender process; clarify and evaluate tenders; and manage the resultant contract through monthly valuations, variations control, contract administration and assessment of claims.
Requirements:
  • B.Sc Quantity Survey
  • 5 years minimum total post graduate experience.

13.) Heavy Equipment Operator


Requirements

Candidates must have previously worked in an oil and gas construction environment.
