Role Summary/Purpose
Faciliate and manage revenue growth and operational activity through dsitribution model in the West Africa region.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and achive annual regional sales plan
- Mangement all aspects of the sales process from analysis of customers initial sated requirements through formal pro forma quoatation to receip of order and timely fulfillment
- Train and coach regional distributors' sales staff to ensure the highest level of technical and commercila competence
- aintain close contact with regional distributors and final end usees through regular country visits to ensure close and positive business relationaships
- Ensure that regioanl distributors and customers and fully trained on all techical aspects of the Wayne product range
- Ensure all regional distributor agreements are current
- Co-ordinate relationships and interface with Commercial Operations; Technical Marketing, Product Management and other functions
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similiar techical sales role in West Africa
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Prepared and able to travel throughout region
