Job Description
- To drive growth through revenue generation
- Take ownership of new tools & processes needed to improve efficiency
- Provide proactive guidance and services to rest of the organization.
- Instilling a marketing led ethos throughout the business
- Researching and reporting on external opportunities
- Understanding current and potential customers
- Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
- Developing the marketing strategy and plan
- Management of the marketing mix
- Managing agencies
- A bachelors’ degree with not below Second Class lower grade. A Masters Degree with specialisation in marketing will be an added advantage
- 4 years in marketing/sales/business development experience in an ICT company
- 2 Experience in a similar position with ability to motivate and provide leadership to the marketing/sales team
- Experience in building brand awareness and support
- Effectively utilize sales-related information technology applications (PowerPoint, Excel/Word/Access)
